U2′s Sao Paulo #1 setlist, 09/04
Today, U2 performed their first of three concerts in Sao Paulo. The band did an extensive rehearsal yesterday evening at Morumbi. This rehearsal included one big surprise, although it was not included in tonight’s setlist. If you missed the rehearsal news, check it out here.

Popular new opener Even Better Than The Real Thing returned to opening duties tonight after being played fifth in the set at the previous show. This bumped Beautiful Day back down to the middle of the main set, in between album-mates Stuck In A Moment (played for just the second time this year) and In A Little While. Magnificent was restored to the setlist after missing the previous show, bumping the amount of No Line On The Horizon songs back up to four. After I Still Haven’t Found, Bono led the audience in singing Happy Birthday for Julian Lennon.
